How do you handle returns/exchanges?
-We will accept returns within 10 business days from receive of delivery.
-Returns must be received unwashed, unworn and in new condition.
-Shoes must be returned in their original box and placed inside an additional, protective shipping box.
-If the item arrives with tags on it the item must be returned with original tags still attached.
-If it is our error, then we will pay for shipping back to us. Otherwise, buyer is responsible for shipping costs. Exchanges are based on availability of stock.
-Refunds will be issued immediately upon receipt of the merchandise.

Please include the following information with your return:
1. Order Number
2. Reason for the return
3. Name, Address and Phone Number
Once we receive the request, a return address will be provided to process the return/exchange.
